Download Free Avery 5160 Template: A Step-by-Step Guide

Are you looking for a hassle-free way to create labels with your desired information? Look no further! In this article, we will guide you through the process of downloading and using the free Avery 5160 template.

The first step is to ensure that View Gridlines is selected under Layout. If you are using an older version of Word (2003), check out our article on how to open a template for more information.

To create labels with different information, simply type it into the Address section. To create labels with the same information, click on New Document and select Avery US Letter from the Product Number Box.

Once you have selected the product number, click OK and navigate to the Label Options box. Ensure that Page Printers is selected and click on the Options button. From there, select Labels and then Mailings Tab to access the template detail page.

On the template detail page, look for Download Blank Templates and select your software program. If you are designing a label with a print-to-the-edge Avery product, be sure to add a 1/16' bleed to your design in Canva before downloading.

After selecting your template, click Save and then Preview & Print or Next to move forward to print or order. You can also choose to open the template in Design & Print Online for further customization.

In Design & Print Online, you can create a new project by clicking Start Designing and entering your Avery product number. From there, you can select from thousands of free pre-designed templates or upload your own design from Canva.

To import an image from Canva into a Design & Print Online project, create your design in Canva for one label or card on your project. Then, navigate to the Design & Print tool and click on Add Image from the tools on the left. Select the option for Transparent background (requires Canva Pro subscription) and click on Share to download your image.

Finally, if your image appears blurry, jagged, or pixelated in Canva, it will also print that way. So, be sure to improve the image quality while you're still in Canva.
